¿Qué causa este problema?

You cannot display the reason for impermissibility of reversal because
reversal is generally possible.
However, it is possible that reversal is not possible due to
restrictions from other objects, such as meter reading data, period
consumption anddevice installation in PM (meaning the link between the
piece of equipment (device) and the functional location (device
location) in PM).
For technical reasons, these checks are performed once you have
selected the device for reversal.
