You have specified winding group &V2& for the device. This group is of
transformer type &V4&. The old winding group &V1& is of transformer
type &V3&. Changes to the transformer type are not permissible.
You can only change the transformer type in the last time slice of a
device if the following requirements are met:
The device has been removed
The device is not part of a device grouping
