You have attempted to create or change the register relationship in the
period from &V1& to &V2&. This is not possible because at least one of
the affected installations was billed either in the specified period or
later.
Affected installations are installations that have been allocated one
of the registers in the register relationship in the period from &V1&
to &V2&.

Entries cannot be processed. The register relationship can only be
displayed.
