¿Qué causa este problema?

You have attempted to allocate a transformer to a device. This
allocation is not permissible.
Note the following when allocating transformers:
If the controlled device measures <ZH>directly</>:
A transformer allocation is not permissible.
If the controlled device measures <ZH>semi-indirectly</>:
The allocated transformer must be a low-voltage current transformer,
three phase low voltage current transformer group or a low-/medium
voltage current transformer.
If the transformer is part of a
<DS:GLOS.3526BE12AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>device group</>, the group
must be a low-voltage current transformer group.
If the controlled device measures <ZH>indirectly</>:
The allocated transformer may not be a low-voltage current transformer
or three phase low voltage current transformer group.
If the transformer is part of a device group, it must not be part of a
low-voltage current transformer group.
The allocated transformer should either be a combination transformer
(current and voltage) or the transformer must be a component of a
device group.
If the transformer is a part of a device group, this group must have at
least one current transformer/transformer unit (three phase current
transformer group) or low-/medium voltage current transformer and one
voltage transformer/transformer unit (three phase voltage transformer
group).
