¿Qué causa este problema?

Select the clarification cases whose automatic processes you want to
execute.
Note that you can only select clarification cases with status <LS>New</>
or <LS>In
Process</>. The indicator <LS>Execute Automatic Processes</> must be
set for the
case category of the clarification case.
The clarification list is prepared accordingly.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Select the relevant clarification cases in the list and choose
<LS>Execute
Processes</>.
