The status of the clarifiion case does not permit it to be forwarded.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Clarification cases with the status "Reversed", "Automatically Reversed"
, or "Confirmed" cannot be forwarded to other processors. To forward an
(automatically) reversed or already completed clarification case, take
the clarification case into processing, and then try to forward it.
If this is not possible, contact your system administrator.
