¿Qué causa este problema?

The meter reading took place after a device replacement, but the meter
reading order was created before the device replacement and now has to
be changed - that is, you want to record the values for the replacement
device.
This is not possible for one of the following reasons:
Register relationships exist
Several meter reading reasons are affected
In this case, option <(>&<)>v4<(>&<)> applies.
