¿Qué causa este problema?

The estimate cannot be extrapolated because a previous meter reading is
implausible, and the estimation is usually based on previous meter
reading results.
(In the case of a device replacement, this implausible meter reading
result can also be found in another earlier device with the same logical
register number.
If the previous meter reading result were corrected, that would mean
that the current estimated value is no longer correct.

Respuesta del sistema

The meter reading order in question is not estimated and is retained
with its current status.
