¿Qué causa este problema?

No representative period could be found for extrapolation of the
corresponding register. There are not enough meter reading results that
cover such a period according to the parameter <LS>minimum portion</>.
Therefore, a reference value had to serve as the foundation for
determining the expected value. This reference value should have been
maintained in at least one rate for the register exactly for this case.
