When checking the control characters for the inspection characteristic,
the content of the field &V3& was found not to match the control
characters set.

When creating or modifying the inspection characteristic, the field
content &V1& is replaced by the field content &V2&.

Check the inspection characteristic and change the field content and
the control characters manually if necessary.
