¿Qué causa este problema?

All installed disconnectable devices are currently locked. A device is
locked when:
<ZU>In the case of an AMI device selected for remote disconnection</>
When a disconnection request has been made and the system is still
waiting for confirmation that the disconnection has been made
<ZU>In the case of a device selected for manual disconnection</>
When a customer notification workitem has been generated and the system
is still waiting for confirmation that it has been closed

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Devices will remain locked until either AMI processing completes, or
customer notification is completed succesfully. However, you can unlock
a device by cancelling the disconnection order associated with it.
