&V1& data records are not saved because they already exist. This
happens in the following cases:
The fields of a data record are identical to all fields of the data
record to be transported.
The <LS>higher-level object</> and <LS>-key</> fields of the data
record are identical to the <LS>lower-level object</> and <LS>-key</>
fields of the data record to be transferred and the <LS>lower-level
object</> and <LS>-key</> fields of the data record are identical to
the <LS>higher-level object
</> and <LS>-key</> fields of the data record to be transferred.
