¿Qué causa este problema?

A data exchange task has been called for processing a service-based data
exchange process (eSOA).
However, the system was not able to determine the eSOA-IDE class
required for processing the data exchange task.

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Data exchange by IDoc import
If the data exchange was triggered by an IDoc import, make sure
(organizationally or in Customizing) that only <ZH>one</> communication
channel (IDoc-based or service-based) is agreed upon for communication
between two service providers for a data exchange basic process with a
specific parameter configuration.
Data exchange by service
If the data exchange was triggered by a service, make sure of the
following:
When you call the data exchange framework, you also have provide a
reference to an eSOA-IDE class.
For outbound data exchange, the corresponding data exchange framework
process class has to provide a valid reference to the eSOA-IDE class in
method GET_ESA_CLASS_OUTBOUND.
