Check the attributes of the foreign key.
A text foreign key defines the relationship between a
language-dependent table and a language-independent table.
The foreign key table is also called the text table because it usually
contains explanatory text about the data stored in the check table. The
key of the text table corresponds to the key of the check table, but a
language field has been added.
The foreign key therefore may only contain key fields and there must be
an additional language field in the key (field of type LANG).
