¿Qué causa este problema?

You started one of the following actions:
Sent a dangerous goods master record from a source system to a target
system (distribution)
Starting from specification management, filled a data record in the
dangerous goods master for the target system (filling)
Since you attempted to change a data record for the past, the system
generates a change number for the selection date of the distribution
report or filling report started. However, no change number could be
generated.
