¿Qué causa este problema?

Once the operation has been dispatched the finish date constraint is
violated.
Possible causes include:
The constaint date falls at a time when production is not taking
place.
The capacity is already committed at the constraint date.
The operation was manually rescheduled.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Depending on the cause you can
Change the available capacity
Deallocate other operations that are committed to the capacity
Determine the time of dispatching automatically rather that
manually.
