¿Qué causa este problema?

No structures have been defined in Customizing (capacity planning) for
the layout key &V1&. However the layout key cannot be set up properly
if no such structures exist.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You should maintain the structure for the layout key &V1& in
Customizing (capacity planning). Select the following menu options to
do this: Capacity leveling -> Planning table (tab) -> Layout -> Layout
key -> Maintain field sel.
