You are trying to dispatch an operation to another work center. However,
when you entered the planning table (tabular form) you did not select
the work center to which you want to dispatch the operation.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You should call up the planning table (tabular form) again and select
the work center to which you want to dispatch the operation either
directly or via the relevant order.
