¿Qué causa este problema?

The request &V2& is entered as a predecessor of the released request
&V1&. You cannot remove this relationship because it has been released
and transported with request &V1&.
If you now delete the reverse relationship (which declares request &V2&
as a predecessor of request &V1&) you risk importing the older versions
of objects contained in both requests (versions released with request
&V1&) into the target system, and not the newest versions.
