¿Qué causa este problema?

The import destination is required for performing the import of CTS
plug-ins. This destination is missing.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you are using Change Request Management or Quality Gate Management
(QGM) the import destination is reused from an existing SAP Solution
Manager destination. This destination is created when performing
"Managed Systems Configuration" in SAP Solution Manager Configuration
(transaction SOLMAN_SETUP). Check in the SAP Solution Manager
configuration that the destination is correct.
If you are not in SAP Solution Manager create an import destination or
correct it if it is invalid. To do this, proceed as follows:
INCLUDE SCTS_COM_API_PROC_RFC OBJECT DOKU ID TX
INCLUDE SCTS_IMP_DEST OBJECT DOKU ID TX
