The program for registering a system repository with a central
repository could not create or change the RFC destinations for
communication between the repositories. Possible causes: Missing
authorization for maintaining the destinations, incorrect user entries
for destinations, or the destination is locked by another maintenance
access.

The maintenance screen for RFC destinations of the registration program
displays the names of the RFC destinations. Check the destinations in
transaction SM59 and create these or complete the definitions.
