¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to perform a <DS:GLOS.6089FBEAABFFB14193239E11E4624269>user
change</> in the <DS:GLOS.3526C51EAFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>PI sheet</>
or <DS:GLOS.389B9DAA500F0E7CE10000009B38F931>manufacturing cockpit</>.
However, you can only change from a service user to an individual
dialog user. If an individual dialog user is logged on, he or she can
only change back to a service user that was previously logged on.
However, one of the following occurred:
A user tried to log on as a dialog user. However, he or she is no
service user.
A dialog user tried to change back to the service user. However, the
system could not find the service user that was logged on before.
An internal error occurred. None of the two activities can be
performed.
