¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to process an object, however you do not have the necessary
authorization to do this. The reasons for this may be as follows:
You have entered a change number whose change master record does not
allow the object to be processed.
You have entered a key date, but not a change number and the object has
a history requirement.
Your authorization profile does not allow you to process the object.

You cannot process the object.

Check the change number entered, if necessary.
Instead of a key date, enter a suitable change number if you need to.
Ask your system administrator to change your authorization profile, if
required.
