You cannot change the relationship. The network has relationships to
other networks which are currently being edited. This locks the
relationship, and you cannot edit it.

You can display the relationship, but not change it.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Wait until the editing of the other network has been completed. Then
you can maintain the relationship.
