You have selected a configuration definition or life cycle phase, and,
on all the configuration folders that belong to it, you want to use a
function (such as background processing). You cannot use this function
on any of these folders.

Check whether a folder is available for the selected configuration
definition or life cycle phase.
If one or more folders are available, also check the system status of
the folders.
