<LS>completed</>.

The system does not allow changes to locked configuration definitions
or configuration folders.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Find out why the status has been set to <LS>locked</>. You have the
following options:
Remove the lock.
If a configuration <ZH>folder</> is locked, create a successor folder.
Then make the changes in the successor folder.
