¿Qué causa este problema?

The data cannot be saved, because the project definition was not
maintained for the following fields:
Controlling area
Time unit
Note
The controlling area should be entered on the detail screen
<ZH>Organization</> of the WBS element in order for this value to be
transferred. The time unit must also have been defined in the project
profile. It cannot be changed in the WBS element.
