¿Qué causa este problema?

You have selected a sub-tree of the work breakdown structure and want
to set a status.

Respuesta del sistema

The system sets the status for all the WBS elements in the sub-tree,
but not for the project definition. The status is not set for the
project definition, since there are other WBS elements that have not
been selected and that do yet have this status.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you want to set this status for the project definition, you have to
set for all WBS elements first.
