All data records for a common task counter (<ZK>TASKCOUNTER</>) are the
components of a task.
In a task (in a task counter), you can have one valid data record for
each task component (<ZK>TASKCOMPONENT</>).

This means that the data is inconsistent because it cannot be posted.
