Base value splitting has been agreed between the participants &V1&/&V2&
and &V3&/&V4&. However, participant &V3&/&V4& is a representative of a
group (such as a partnership). Such participants are not remunerated
directly. Instead, the members of the group are remunerated within an
<DS:GLOS.4EF9A65064D9D311BA4D0800060D888B>entitlement group</>.
With base value splitting, it is not possible to define the group
members in relation to the remuneration of participant &V1&/&V2&.

Take steps to ensure that no base value splitting takes place between
participants &V1&/&V2& and &V3&/&V4&:
No base value splitting should be defined for participation &V1&.
No hierarchical relationship should exist between participants &V1&/&V2&
and &V3&/&V4& (field <ZK>H-L Position</> of the relation).
