The <DS:GLOS.budget_structure>budget structure</> for the combination
fund &V2&/funds center &V3&/commitment item &V4& in FM area &V1& does
not contain a superior assigment object in the
<DS:GLOS.payment_budget>payment budget</>.
Also, if you have only assigned one assignment object in the payment
budget, you must create assignment objects in such a way that every
assignable element has ONE assignment object in the upward path in the
payment budget.

Postings in the <DS:GLOS.budget_structure_element>BS element</> were
not regarded as assigned.

Define a superior element in the budget structure or define the BS
element itself as an assignment object in the payment budget.
Check your definition.

changed the assignment object definition.
