¿Qué causa este problema?

The system searches for the outline level, which has hierarchical level
0 (OUTL_LEVEL) and the package number (PCKG_NO), associated with the
package number (SERVICE_NO) of the document item.

Respuesta del sistema

The document cannot be created, because there are inconsistencies in
the specification of the outline of the Bill of Services (BOS).

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check the assignment of the package number (PCKG_NO) for the outline
level specified in the error message. It must agree with the package
number (SERVICE_NO) of the document item.
