¿Qué causa este problema?

The document cannot be created, because there are inconsistencies in
the specification of the services lines of the Bill of Services (BOS).
No outline level has been assigned to the service lines.

Respuesta del sistema

The system searches for a corresponding outline level with the same
sub-package number (SUBPCKG_NO) for package number (PCKG_NO) &V1& of
the service line.
