¿Qué causa este problema?

There are only five subscreen containers with tab strips. Under normal
circumstances this supply should be more than sufficient. If you want
to display many encapsulated BDT dialog screens and/or many BDT
instances at the same time, the situation can arise that there are no
more subscreen containers.
