You have initiated a consultation with the intention of transferring a
call to the call partner. You now want to initiate a conference
instead. Neither the external software component nor the telephone
equipment support this.

The conference was not initiated.
End the consultation and return to the first call. Then initiate a
conference correctly.
The error can occur in 2 different places:
1. In the connected gateway
2. In the underlying CTI software
In this case the error occurred in (V4&).
