¿Qué causa este problema?

There was a problem encountered when you tried to change one or several
hold records. Problems can occur if key information about the record is
missing such as record id or group id. Or it is possible that you are
trying to change a record that has not yet been saved to the database.
Note that only records existing at the repository level can be
changed.

account master data area without saving. This will allow you to redo
the transaction again, and give you a chance to recreate your steps
while watching for potential problems. Also, if you are trying to
change multiple records at once, you may try to changeand save one
record type at a time. This will allow you to discover one record of
many which may be causing you a problem.
