budget). For this currency translation, the system accesses the
exchange rate type in controlling area &V2& from the
fiscal-year-dependent data of plan version &V1& for fiscal year &V3&
(or the next earliest fiscal year). However, the system could not find
the necessary fiscal-year-dependent data for the plan version, or the
exchange rate type was not maintained.
