¿Qué causa este problema?

You selected the function 'create WBS element' from the appropriation
request. However, you have not yet maintained the responsible company
code in the appropriation request (under 'organizational units'). The
responsible company code is the company code that is responsible for
carrying out the measure (WBS element).

Respuesta del sistema

The WBS element cannot be created from appropriation request &V1&
without a responsible company code.

Enter the responsible company code.

Note that the system uses the responsible company code, not the
requesting company code, for creating the WBS element.
