¿Qué causa este problema?

When determining meter reading results within dynamic period control,
and there are no estimated meter reading results on the database (the
category of the current period = 1000 or 2000) an error occured in
function module ISU_DPC_IZWST_VIA_SIM_GET at the start of &V1& of
period &V1&-&V2& that is to be created. The exact cause of error is
written in the previous message and occured in function module
ISU_IZWST_LE_MARGIN_DETERMINE.
