¿Qué causa este problema?

You entered rate type &v1&. This rate type is used to find rate &v2&
during rate determination. The register operand of this rate has the
billing unit of measurement &v3&. The meter reading unit of measurement
&v4& of the register cannot be converted to this billing unit of
measurement. This error can also occur even if both units of
measurement are the same.
