value whose date is earlier than or equal to the specified date.

A calorific value with an earlier date is usually used as a replacement
value. Since no replacement values are available either, the program
terminates.

If necessary, call Transaction SM30 to maintain the calorific values in
the table of <LS>Calorific values per calorific value district</>
(daily values).
