rate category facts or the rate facts for operand &v1& and season &v2&
defines that this operand is submitted for maintenance in the
installation facts. The proposal is valid over the period &v3& -- &v4&.
The operand does not have operand values for this entire interval.

If the operand is a <DS:DE.INDIMUSS>required operand</>, then you must
enter an operand value.
If the operand is an <DS:DE.INDIKANN>optional operand</>, then the
entry of an operand value is optional.
