¿Qué causa este problema?

You have set the indicator <LS>N</> (Execute schema step for
backbilling only) in schema step &V1&. However, the 'execute
backbilling' indicator was not set. Therefore, step &V1& is never
executed in billing. The schema is inconsistent and cannot be saved.

Delete the indicator <LS>N</> or
allocate the schema step to a backbilling group via an 'execute
backbilling' indicator.
