If you want to use new Asset Accounting, you have to activate the
Enterprise Extension <LS>EA-FIN</>, and if applicable, replace classic

Activate the Enterprise Extension <LS>EA-FIN</> (if you have not already
done so).
Before you activate the Real Estate Extension in Customizing for <LS>
Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX)</>, it is essential that you
read the related documentation under <DS:SIMG.REFXV_TIVMIADDON>Activate
Real Estate Extension</>.
Activate the Real Estate Extension; when you do so, classic Real Estate
Management (RE) is automatically deactivated.
