You have assigned more than one letter with a non-initial report type
(for example, interest certificate, external account statement or
payment schedule). Although this is permitted if correspondence is
triggered manually, it is not permitted for mass processing.

The system allows you to continue, but the evaluation periods for the
letters may be incorrect.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Define a new correspondence activity for mass processing in
Customizing, or change the existing correspondence activity so that
only one letter of this type is assigned.
