¿Qué causa este problema?

Due to one of the following reasons :
Reason '4' :
No configuration data has been maintained or the data is blocked
Reason '3' :
No characteristics have been maintained for the configured material.
Reason '05':
No configuration is allowed for the material, because, for example, it
has the wrong material type.
Reason '02':
The data required for configuration is blocked.
Reason '01'
The configuration environment has not been initialized internally
within the system.
