The authorization used is not permitted.

The authorization suggested by the system was &V1&.
You may not use an authorization below a set value. In the hierarchy
structure, you may define authorizations with a higher value.
This is because you can restrict actions on the expanded nodes using
higher authorizations. The opposite is not useful because users in this
case do not see any partial structures that they are not authorized
for.
The authorizations can be used in the order of <ZK>Project member </>->
<ZK>Project manager </>-> <ZK>Administrator</>. Administrator
authorization is the highest possible authorization.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Use at least the system default value.
