¿Qué causa este problema?

The employee does not work enough hours, to qualify under the
eligibility rule for this plan.

Respuesta del sistema

The system reads the employee's Planned working hours (Infotype 0007)
and the minimum working hours required for this rule in V_T5UBV.
If the employee does not work at least the minimum hours at the begin
date of the Benefit plan infotype record, this error occurs.
