¿Qué causa este problema?

CRA or MRQ taxation numbers are derived from table T549B, and can be
viewed, via transaction PE03, within feature TAXID. The system reads
this table using the employee's company, plant, personnel group and
personnel subgroup values from the <ZK>Organizational Assignment</>
infotype (0000) to obtain the appropriate number.
If no number is found, then the system returns this error message.
Therefore, before you can continue, table T549B or the
<ZK>Organizational Assignment</> infotype (0000) must be updated
accordingly.
