¿Qué causa este problema?

In the current system, buffering was not planned for any scenario. For
that reason, the system cannot build up an attribute buffer.
A scenario is only buffered if the buffer flag is set for the scenario.

The program is terminated.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you require buffering, you must call the table T770MATTR in view
maintenance. There you see a list of allowed scenarios. Select the
scenarios that you want to buffer.
After you have switched on the buffer, you should ensure that the
buffer update runs overnight, as buffer content is only valid for one
day. After that, it is deleted.
